Welcome riders and introduce yourself.
Have new riders introduce themselves.
Count how many riders are present.
Let riders know what to expect:
Route, pace, and mileage.
The number of speed groups and ride leader for each.
Ask for volunteers to be sweeps.
Introduce CBR and encourage new riders to join the club at https://cooperativebiking&recreations.wildapricot.org/.
Remind all riders to ride SMART (review Ride SMART with riders).
