Distance: 15 - 25 Mile Range
Speed: Average 16-18 MPH
This is a fast paced hill climbing training ride.
This is for riders training for the Ride the Rim, the JDRF ride and others. We will concentrate on hill climbing.
Make sure to bring your own food and water.
