Training Road Rides are faster no-drop, hosted rides lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Terrain is mostly hills with some flats for interval and paceline training. Pace is faster – 17-20 MPH average speed with fewer regroup or rest stops. As the season progresses, we offer routes with longer climbs such as Hill Top, Dump Loop and Bogus Basin.
Park in the northeast corner of the Albertsons Parking Lot. Please drive carefully through the parking lot.
