Community Bicycle Rides (CBR's)
offers free rides to prepare you for local charity centuries, metric centuries and touring events, such as the Cycle for Independence, Bob LeBow, Blue Cruise & Bike MS Ride. We also get you ready for out of town events such as Chico Wildflower, Little Red Riding Hood, Sierra to the Sea, and Ride Idaho.
Training Rides: no-drop, hosted rides lasting 2-4 hours. Terrain is mostly rolling hills and flats. Pace: 16-19 MPH, average speed. As the season progresses, we offer longer climbs such as Hill Top, Dump Loop and Bogus Basin.
NEW!! Fun Rides: slower paced (12-15 MPH average speed), less hills. Course routes are ideal for those just getting into the sport.
Saturday - Multiple ride options, training rides and fun rides with various mileage options
Sunday - Training/Fun Ride from Big City Coffee downtown Boise
Tuesday - Training Ride with hill repeats
Thursday - Fun Ride with slower pace, less hills
Friday - Gene & Eldon Ride

Helmets and a signed waiver are mandatory. Music players such as IPOD's are not allowed.
